Most of you that know me, know that I've accomplished quite a bit for a 22 year old.
Whatever is put in front of me, I found some way of simplifying it, looked for ways to accomplish that goal, and thought it was going to be possible somehow.
But now that I've stayed at my friend's sister for 3 nights, watching her handle four kids and a baby.
What a cluster cuss.
If you see me right now, my hair is crazy looking from scratching my own head so much completely stupefied how a woman is able to run the entire house without going crazy, all one handed while carrying a baby.
My mind is completely blown.
It's amazing what love moms have for their kids, and what they're willing to put up with. Kids are so fragile and are very emotional and crazy sometimes.
For the first time in my life, I felt that I couldn't fathom doing something.
This is good. It only reaffirms me that I'm not ready for this stuff. Someday I might be, just not today.
Anyway, today my friends Lee, Natalie, and Shelley and I canoed through a section of Bear River. We saw many birds and even an owl. After the risks of tipping the canoe over a few times and having to fight the crazy rain that came down upon us (which made my first waterproof jacket purchase quite a steal!), a few spilled beverages did not stop us from accomplishing such an adventure in Logan.
Then I come back to my place with the house still in one place, Lasagna completely cooked, kids bathed ready for bed, and the aforementioned mom with a smile on her face. We realized we hadn't accomplish much at all :)
